Medical linen service pricing isn't one size fits all. Here's how we build a program cost, and what to expect when you request a quote.
How pricing is calculated
Most medical linen programs are priced by weight processed, by piece, or as a flat monthly service fee. The right structure depends on your volume, delivery frequency, and the mix of linen categories you need.
We don't publish a rate card because no two facilities have the same program. A 200-bed hospital with daily deliveries and surgical linen requires a different setup than a three-room urgent care clinic with twice-weekly service. Your quote is built around what your facility actually needs.
What drives your rate
The main factors are facility type and linen volume, delivery frequency, the mix of linen categories (patient bedding, surgical textiles, scrubs, personal garments), and whether you need a managed-inventory or scrub-dispensing program.
Route logistics also play a role. A facility in a market we already serve on an established route will generally cost less to serve than a new market we're building into.
What you get for the price
The program fee covers pickup, validated washing, inspection, and delivery. It also includes par level management, a dedicated account manager, and STAT deliveries when your census surges. You're not buying a one-time service. You're getting a fully managed program.
There are no hidden fees for inspection, par management, or account management. Those are part of the service. Any setup costs or minimum-volume requirements are disclosed before you sign anything.
What we look at when we build your quote.
Facility type
Hospital, surgical center, clinic, medical office, or long-term care. Each has different linen mixes and compliance requirements.
Linen volume
How many pounds per week you generate across all linen categories. This drives route frequency and program structure.
Delivery frequency
Daily, multiple times per week, or weekly routes. More frequent delivery means lower on-site inventory requirements.
Service mix
Patient linen, surgical textiles, scrubs and uniforms, personal resident laundry. More categories add to the program cost, but often replace multiple vendors.
