Validated disinfection on every load
We run a controlled time, temperature, and chemistry process on every pound we wash. That combination has been validated to reduce microbial contamination to a safe level. We document it load by load.
HLAC-aligned process standards
Our wash process, handling procedures, and facility operations are aligned with Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) standards. That framework covers the full chain: soiled intake, washing, finishing, transport, and delivery.
Physical soiled and clean separation
Soiled and clean linen are physically separated throughout the entire process, with barrier handling between the two. Soiled linen never comes into contact with clean items. The same principle applies on our delivery routes: soiled pickup and clean delivery are always kept apart.
Piece-by-piece inspection and retirement
Every piece is inspected after finishing. Items that don't meet our quality standard are pulled and replaced, not returned. Barrier textiles, such as surgical gowns and drapes, are tracked through their validated use cycles and retired at end of life.
Fully insured and compliant
We carry full commercial liability insurance. Our operations meet applicable OSHA, state health department, and healthcare laundry standards. Documentation is available on request for your compliance files.
Dedicated account management
Every account has a named account manager, not a call center. They manage your par levels, coordinate stat deliveries, and are your direct contact for any service question. You know who to call.

If a delivery doesn't meet our quality standard, we'll make it right on the next route. That means replacing short counts, pulling any linen that fails inspection, and crediting your account for any service that didn't perform as agreed. We put that in writing.
